AROUND THE COURTS
Right, let’s have a look at what’s going on around Melbourne Park, shall we?
Fourth seed Caroline Garcia is in a tough battle with Canada’s Leylah Fernandez. The opening set required a tie-break, which went the way of Garcia after the French player found some late momentum.
Taylor Fritz, the eight seed in the men’s draw, is also up against it. He took the first set against Alexei Popyrin before dropping the next two, and the fourth is currently on serve.
Alexander Zverev, seeded 12th, is level at a set apiece with Michael Mmoh, although the American is a break up in the third.

NADAL INJURY UPDATE
Speaking of Nadal, the Spaniard has shared some news this morning about the injury he suffered during his second round defeat.
The 36-year-old says he faces up to eight weeks out with a muscle tear, ruling him out of the Dubai Tennis Championships and putting him in serious doubt for Indian Wells and Miami.
BROOKSBY STUNS RUUD

Ruud, who reached two Slam finals last year, crashed out in four sets as the American recorded his second win over a top 10 player.
Day four has already seen another major shock in the men's draw, with second seed Casper Ruud losing out to Jenson Brooksby - more on that to come.
We'll keep you posted on the biggest matches currently taking place, involving the likes of Caroline Garcia, Taylor Fritz and Alexander Zverev.
And coming up later? None other than Novak Djokovic and the man himself Andy Murray, who faces Thanasi Kokkinakis last on Margaret Court.
